SUP 10C.14.21GRP
The duty to notify in SUP 10C.14.18R extends to any circumstances that would normally be declared when giving the information required for section 5 of Form A or matters considered in FIT 2.
SUP 15.5.1RRP
A firm must give the FCA4 reasonable advance notice of a change in:1010(1) the firm's name (which is the registered name if the firm is a body corporate); (2) any business name under which the firm carries on a regulated activity or ancillary activity either from an establishment in the United Kingdom or with or for clients in the United Kingdom.

LR 9.6.16RRP
A listed company must notify a RIS as soon as possible of information relating to the disposal of equity shares under an exemption allowed in the lock-up arrangements disclosed in accordance with the PD Regulation.
LR 9.6.17RRP
A listed company must notify a RIS as soon as possible of the details of any variation in the lock-up arrangements disclosed in accordance with the PD Regulation or any subsequent announcement.

SUP 15.6.4RRP

If an issuer is required to notify information to a RIS at a time when a RIS is not open for business, it must distribute the information as soon as possible to:(1) not less than two national newspapers in the United Kingdom;(2) two newswire services operating in the United Kingdom; and(3) a RIS for release as soon as it opens.
